The book of Josephus says; "Caesar Augustus reigned 41 years before Jesus birth, and died 15 years after Jesus birth." 

Augustus died on August 19th , 14 AD.

Caesar Augustus started his reign in the Autumn of 43 BC

43 BC minus 41 BC = 2 BC

14 AD minus 15 years backward = 2 BC

Another historical book list; Jesus as being born 28 years after the death of Cleopatra, She died in 30 BC

30 BC minus 28 years = 2 BC

Another historic scroll said; Jesus was born in the 41st year of Caesar Augustus reign, his reign started in 43 BC

43 BC minus 41 years = 2 BC as the 41st year of Augustus reign

The Great Pyramid of Giza list Jesus birth at; September 29, 2 BC

If we understand that the cycles that the priest had to serve in the temple (24 priest at one week each) starting at the ending of the Sabbath to the end of the next Sabbath at sun down. Since we know that the temple was destroyed on August 5th, 70 AD (the 1st course of the priest had just began). If we count backward from that point, knowing that in Luke 1: 5; Zacharias was in the 8th course. We will come to the conclusion that Zacharias ended his course on July 13th, and according to Luke 1: 23 - 24; Zachaias went home and Elizabeth conceived that weekend. This lines up with John the Baptist being born around April 19 - 20th, 2 BC and Jesus being born around September 29, 2 BC.

If Caesar Augustus died on August 19, 14 AD and Tiberius Caesar was in his 15th year of reign in Luke 3:1-4, when John the Baptist began to preach. If John started to preach on his 30th birthday as was the Jewish custom (Numbers 4: 3). This would mean that Jesus would turn 30 years old 6 months later. Lets calculate this:

Born 2 BC: 2 BC to 1 BC = 1 year old, 1 BC to 1 AD = 2 years old, this would make John 15 years old in 14 AD, the year that Caesar Augustus died, then in the 15th year of Tiberius Caesar reign that would make John 30 years old on April 19th, 29 AD. this would mean that Jesus turned 30 September 29, 29 AD (feast of trumpets). Luke 3: 23; Jesus starts to preach at 30 years old.

The ancient records of Josephus said that on the day of the burning of Matthias, on that very night there was a lunar eclipse of the moon. It also states, that shortly after that King Herod died, and his death happened two months before Passover. An ancient Jewish scroll called the Magilentet states; that the death of King Herod was on the 1st of Shebat 1 BC (January 14th on our calendar). This definitely would make Jesus birthday before Herod's death and before the eclipse.

Scientist discovered that there was such an eclipse; on December 29th, 1 BC (last days of Tebeth), they had a 7 digit lunar eclipse of the moon over Jeruselem. This eclipse started early evening and lasted 2 hours and was probably seen by all. This would be exactly shortly before King Herod death and 3 months before the Passover.

Matthew 2: 13 - 15; "And when they (Joeseph, Mary and Jesus) were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt and remain there until I bring you word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. 14. When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night and went into Egypt. 15. And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophets, saying, out of Egypt have I called my son."

With Jesus being born; September 29, 2 BC, then hides in Egypt from Herod till his death. The eclipse takes place 3 months later, Herod dies 15 days after that, then 2 months later is the Jewish Passover. Scientifically, biblically and archeologically proves Jesus birth was in 2 BC.

​Tishri is the 7th Month on the sacred calendar, which is the Feast of Trumpets. This is also known as the 1st month on the Civil calendar, the day of judgment. The greatness of God is this: Jesus was born on the 1st day of the 77 sabbatical cycle of the Priest (course of the Priest). Jesus was born in the 1st month of the New year of the Civil calendar = Day of Judgment and this also is the 7th month of the Sacred calendar. Jesus died in the 1st month of the Sacred calendar, which is the 7th month of the Civil calendar. This month consists of the Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles. This typifies Jesus' three comings to earth: 1st, born on Day of Atonement = (reconciliation of God with man, also re-gathering of Israel), 2nd, Feast of Trumpets - Rapture = (day of judgment), 3rd, Feast of Tabernacles = (final harvest), this is when Jesus rules and reigns upon the earth for 1000 years and everyone must go up to Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles from year to year. Read Zechariah 14: 16 - 20. He fulfills God's feast day and comes on the day of judgement.

Lets conclude with this; A book written by Bunny Gault stated: that the first time ever that December 25th was used for Jesus birthday was in 354 AD. Christmas was then officially adopted as December the 25th in 440 AD. Christians before this never celebrated Jesus birthday. December 25th was the birthday of Nimrod, the founder of the 1st false religion of "Baal". This will be discussed later in future lessons, but read Jeremiah 10: 3 - 5 about our christmas tree ( a carry over from paganism). 

Let's not continue to play games with God, the Father and Jesus, the Son. Do you think God rejoices over us, Christians, not knowing His Son's birthday? God gives His only begotten Son and we celebrate His birthday on the wrong day. Christians are unbelievable! No wonder God said in Hosea: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, no wonder in Isaiah 1:14-15 "Your new moons and your self appointed holidays My soul hates, they are a trouble unto Me; I am weary to bear them. 15 And when you spread forth your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; yea, when you make many prayers, I will not hear;" Jesus in John said, "eternal life is to know God the Father and Jesus Christ whom He sent." God said this in Jeremiah: "if you glory, glory in this; that you know Me and understand Me."

​Galatians 4:4 says, "But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law. Jesus therefore had to be born in an appointed time." On the Day of Atonement of the sacred calendar because He is our atoning sacrifice, and in the first month of the year on the civil calendar because He is our judgment. Read: John 9:39 "And Jesus said; For judgment I am come into the world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. Jesus is, therefore, our judgment, our atonement and the final harvest."

Jesus, therefore, during Christmas time is not the reason for the season.

Remember, God said, "your self appointed holidays, My soul hates them.​​"
